Have you heard of the “Future Self Concept”? The gist is writing a letter to your future self in which you outline the life you envision yourself living, as if you are already living it; be it around your career, love life, physical activity, etc…
What if there’s another way to reach the same outcome?
As a personal practice, I began visiting my timelines to gather information that would help me expedite my growth and healing. One area was with my father, who transitioned in 2001. I never met him or knew any details about him. When I went into the Quantum field, I began a conversation with my father around the time of my birth in 1974. The story I had about “why” he left, and the reality of his experience helped to smooth bumps in the timeline of my birth and his departure from my life.
